Scope and Contents

Correspondence, memoranda, notes, drafts, masters, articles, photographs and published volumes of the Braille Monitor, the leading publication of the NFB. Includes some materials related to the All Story Braille Magazine, which was founded by the American Brotherhood for the Blind in the 1930s. During the 1940s through the mid-1950s, the NFB contributed to a legislative section of the All Story Braille Magazine, before taking over the publication completely and re-christening it the Braille Monitor in 1957.
