Two newsletters to Arneson, one from the Library of Congress and Division for the Blind and Physically Handicapped and the other from the Braille Service Unit. Included in this section are a small newsletter about the Perkins Brailler along with two paper copies of an image of the Perkins Brailler and an envelope with a small booklet titled The Folk Songs of Britain: A Soldier’s Life for Me inside.
